The Art of Packing

Summer is almost here (even though it doesn´t seem so) and there are many things to look forward to. For me summer definitely means traveling. I love traveling, but I usually have hard times packing my suitcase. Fortunately, Louis Vuitton has launched The Art of Packing, a very useful step-by-step guide to help us with packing a suitcase. On their website you can also learn how to fold a t-shirt, jacket or pants to avoid wrinkles. Be sure to check the interactive website or simply watch the video below. Don´t forget to try these tips out when you´ll be packing for your summer holiday this year. 

Leto sa nezadržateľne blíži (aj keď to tak nevyzerá) a s ním aj veľa vecí, na ktoré sa môžeme tešiť. Pre mňa sa leto jednoznačne spája s cestovaním. Cestovanie milujem, ale balenie pre mňa vždy predstavuje najväčší problém. Našťastie Louis Vuitton vytvoril The Art of Packing, veľmi užitočnú pomôcku, ktorá nám uľahčí balenie. Na ich stránke sa tiež dozviete ako si poskladať oblečenie tak, aby sa nepokrčilo. Určite si vyskúšajte ich interaktívnu stránku alebo si jednoducho pozrite video nižšie. A nezabudnite využiť tieto tipy pri balení na tohtoročnú letnú dovolenku.

I´ve already mentioned the new brand & Other stories that everybody seems to be talking about. Apart from the clothes and great accessories, the store also offers a wide range of beauty products. I´ve checked out their website and the prices of the products are fairly reasonable. I haven´t tried any products yet, but I love the minimalist packaging of the products - handwritten typography mixed with simple fonts. It´s perfect. Do you like it as much as I do? 

Except their own make up and beauty line, they also sell other brands, such as The Balm, Stop the water while using me, This Works,  Wash with Joe or Dr. Bronner. Be sure to check out the website for more information. 

Značku & Other Stories, o ktorej v poslednej dobe všetci rozprávajú, som vám už spomínala. Okrem oblečenia a pekných doplnkov, obchod ponúka aj širokú škálu kozmetických výrobkov. Všetky produkty nájdete za celkom rozumné ceny na ich webstránke. Ešte som nemala možnosť vyskúšať žiaden výrobok, ale určite si chcem nejaký kúpiť, už len kvôli tým krásnym obalom. Ručne písaná typografia spolu s jednoduchým písmom vytvára dokonalé minimalistické obaly. Páčia sa vám rovnako ako mne?

Yesterday I came across this video and I immediately thought that I had to share it with you. All of you probably already know that I love Good Market, but I didin´t know the story behind this great project until yesterday. I recommned you to watch the video, it´s a very inspiring talk. 

Včera som úplnou náhodou natrafila na toto video a hneď mi napadlo, že sa musím oň s vami podeliť. Asi už všetci viete, že mám rada Dobrý trh a je super, že v Bratislave vznikol tento projekt. Dovčera som, ale nevedela aký príbeh sa skrýva za týmto projektom. Odporúčam pozrieť si video, je to veľmi inšpiratívna prednáška.
